Triathlon/Open Water
Stephane Vander Bruggen is the head coach of a swimming squad specifically designed to cater for triathlon, surf life-saving and open water swimming.
Sessions are specific to freestyle and include extensive stroke correction, technique, strength or speed sets. Additional underwater filming is also available by appointment during or outside of squad hours. Stephane Vander Bruggen is a Level 2 Performance Triathlon Coach and owner of Geelong Performance Coaching. He has over 27yrs experience as a pro and age group triathlete.
The cost includes pool entry, coaching, car parking, shower and change facilities.
Squad sessions are available 5 days (Monday to Friday) per week from 5:55am until 7:30am
