GAC SQUAD
Level: 5 +
​These specialist swimming lessons are held weekly with the squad working as a team using specific drills to gain strength, endurance, speed, stroke maintenance, competition advice and an effective stroke development.
 
Children who have passed through our Learn to Swim program (achieved level 5 and beyond), and those who have previously swam at other schools and are looking for stroke correction are welcome to trial.
 
We offer the following squads throughout the week in the afternoons:
  • Junior
  • Intermediate
  • Senior
  • Masters
 
Juniors & Intermediate:
Our Junior and Intermediate squads run for one hour in the afternoon on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and Saturday mornings 8.00-10.00am.

Masters & Seniors:
A one hour squad on Tuesday nights.

A SWORDFISH squad is also offered on a Friday evening at 5pm.
